❓ Do I need a guarantor?
If you are unable to show income of at least 3x the monthly rent, you will need a guarantor (usually a parent or guardian). Please submit the Residential Lease Guaranty form along with your application.
❓ How much is the security deposit?
The deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is due within 72 hours of lease signing.
❓ What is the pet policy?
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Approved pets require a $500 deposit. Please also submit the Pet Agreement form if applicable.
❓ Can I apply if I don’t have roommates yet?
We do not offer roommate matching. All applicants must apply as a group.
❓ How long are the leases?
Our leases are 12 months in length, typically running from August to August.
❓ Where do I send my completed documents?
Email your application and required forms to boardwalkhomesleasing@gmail.com with the subject line: Application – [Your Name]

We provide lawn service and quarterly pest control. Tenants will put College Station Utilities and whatever cable/internet provider they choose in their name.
